Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return; this will be noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Contact us using the email on our Contact page before sending anything back. Please include your order number.

Return shipping

Unless the law requires otherwise, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will help resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to process it.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
